We have partnered with a global professional services firm that specialise in insurance and risk management to seek for a Company Secretarial Assistant who has related training background to join their team to handle Company secretarial issues. This opportunity will be able to provide career advancement and great commercial opportunity. about the job.
  • Handle full range of company secretarial duties including preparation of statutory documents of Hong Kong and offshore companies
  • Maintain proper filing system for statutory records and database
  • Prepare related meetings materials for Board and shareholders' meetings
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Supervisor and ad hoc duties assigned
  • Prepare annual/ interim reports, announcements, circulars, board papers, board minutes and resolutions

skills & experiences required.
  • Degree/ Diploma holder and associate/ student member of HKICS/ ICSA
  • 2-3 years' experience in company secretarial field
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese with strong interpersonal skills
  • Company literacy in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, posesses Chinese and English typing skills
