A prestigious foreign investment bank is seeking an Associate to join their middle office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for over-the-counter (OTC) collateral management and will liaise with the front office regarding margin call activities.

Manage OTC collateral management and oversee margin calls, including notification, confirmation, and settlement
Examine unusual behaviors from counterparties and rectify discrepancies in margin calls
Work with the Front Office, Risk to set up client desks and generate Mark-to-Market statements for clients
Supervise reconciliation processes and resolve any disputes
Manage audit confirmations for capital market transactions
Knowledge of operational risks associated with OTC derivatives, repos, mark-to-market (MTM) processes
Support system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the onboarding of new products

skills & experiences required

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
5 years of experience in collateral management and mark-to-market (MTM) reporting activities
Strong understanding of financial products and the operational risks related to OTC derivatives, repos, MTM
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
