This is an all-rounded role to manage day-to-day running of the centre and overall centre management.
Leading a team of 20 to 30 with customer service, technicians, receptionist and sales representatives to drive and boost sales targets and KPIs.
Enhance operation efficiency, control operation costs and maximize sales profits.
Ensure clients receive the best customer service experience.
Design daily routine with the team with proper selling and technical training to team members.
Motivate team members to achieve the best they could and to promote the brand professionally.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor Degree Holder in Business, Hospitality Management or Sports & Recreation.
Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant working experience in customer facing or sales capacity.
Startup experience in relevant industry such as beauty, fitness, sports, recreation, health or wellness is highly preferred.
Proven track record in bringing revenue.
Possess strong leadership ability with prior experience in managing a successful team.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Highly organized and detail orientated with strong business sense a MUST.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Positive, motivated, cheerful with a CAN Do attitude.
