We are seeking a high-caliber Club Operations Head to join a leading property developer in China. This is an exciting new position created to support the company's expanding golf business in 2024 and beyond.

As the Club Operations Head, you will be responsible for developing the long-term growth plan and strategy for the club. This will involve managing budgets, inventory, and supplies to maintain operational efficiency and drive profitability. At the same time, you will also need to organize competitions and events to help maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders and parties.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years at the managerial level, working in a golf or similar member-based club environment
- International or overseas exposure and insight
- Skilled in proactively developing and implementing strategic plans
- Ability to identify growth opportunities that align with long-term goals
- Experience leading significant developments and providing oversight of infrastructure projects
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Willing to be based in China
