    Our client is a global leader in offering the best dietary supplements to its customers. With its HQ located in the United States, the company now operates in over 100 countries including Hong Kong being one of its largest markets. As customers are more health-conscious, its business has been aggressively expanding. To cope with this, they are currently looking for an Club House Officer (12 months renewable contract) to join and bring in new inspirations.


    about the team.Reporting to the Team Head, you will be working alongside other officers at the wellness center and provide relevant assistance to members. This is a 5-day work week role (Monday - Saturday), your working hours is between 10:30am and 7:30pm. The role is on a 12 month contract basis with renewal possibilities based on performance and business needs.



    about the job.
    • Provide quality customer service to members by answering to their enquiries while providing relevant advice and assistance
    • Support center's sales and marketing functions including marketing materials production, administrative and logistic work
    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with members and potential clients
    • Coordinate cross functionally to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and achievement of overall customer satisfaction
    • Coordinate member escalated operational issues to ensure that the feedback is disseminated timely to team head and track for improvements
    skills & experiences required.
    • Diploma holder or above
    • Minimum 1 year of customer service / operations / sales & marketing experience
    • Great communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
    • Proficient in MS Office including Chinese word processing
    • Team player, able to work under pressure
    • Ability to work shift hours (5 day work week between Monday and Saturday; 1030am - 730pm)
    • Opens to candidate from Hospitality, Retail, Sports and Community Services
