About the jobAs a Customer Experience Manager, you willworking closely with regional business planning and medical strategy planning lead to build up a comprehensive system at country levelimplementing organized, comprehensive and excellent programs regionally in both digital and traditional approachdeveloping comprehensive and high effective approaches for different stakeholders in the companymonitor and improve the programs after analyzing the customer feedbacks or complaints customize an action plan according to different accounts after reviewing with team members handle data collected from CRM system and convert quantitative data into strategic plan to maximize the effectiveness to operation and Sale & Marketing teams understand well the business model in medical device sectorsSkills & Experience required bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Technology or equivalentat least 6 years of experience in digital transformation/ customer experience managementexperience in customer segmentation, ERP, SAP and CRM analysiswith certificates like PMI-ACP, CCXP, Scrum Master will be highly preferredexcellent command in oral and written English and Cantonese excellent understanding on the alignment with global business direction detail oriented and customer focusedwillingness to travel Interested parties, please apply directly with your current and expected salary.
