A foreign financial services firm that specialises in clearing and settlement is looking for a client services representative.

about the job

Provide support to sales individuals in closing new client business, primarily by demonstrating core systems and addressing processing-related queries.
Take the lead in managing and facilitating the client onboarding process, including issuing necessary documents and coordinating information exchange between external and internal stakeholders.
Drive the account opening process from approval to implementation, collaborating with the Operations, IT, and Risk teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive information.
Collaborate with various client-facing personnel, such as the sales team and client services, to fully understand each client's specific business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Have good understanding in futures and options

skills & experiences required

5 years of experience in client servicing role and strong knowledge in future and options
Understand clearing processes and procedures
Able to work collaboratively with front office and senior executives in the firm
Strong English, Cantonese, and Mandarin business language (both written and verbal) ability
