Our client, one of the top tier Corporate and Investment banking in the world, is seeking for a Client Service Representative with experience working in the servicing and financial sector to join the team.
Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the operational teams to resolve any queries on client instructions and dealing related
  • activities
  • Handle client onboarding and account maintenance with internal parties to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain the contact management tool (CRM) logging clients’ activities
  • Compile client regular reports and internal senior management reports
  • Participate in adhoc projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with minimum 1 year of working experience in financial industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter who is adaptive, fast-learning, responsive, extremely well-organized, detail-oriented and
  • committed to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Fluency in verbal English and Cantonese, as well as written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
