- Handle customer enquiries via calls, live-chats and emails
- Support daily operations for the customer service team
- Resolve with customer complaint and follow up on feedback
- Follow up with existing customer on their issue
- Develop product knowledge
- Communicate with internal parties base on the request
skills & experiences required.
- Diploma holder or above
- Welcome fresh graduate
- SFC license 1,2,3 qualifiers are an advantage
- Experience in any financial institution is preferable
- Good communication skills and willing to learn
- Excellent command in both speaking and writing Cantonese, Mandarin and English
