- handle e-banking enquires via calls
- resolve customer complaint and follow up with the feedback
- Follow up with existing customer on their request
- Explain the promotion to customer
- Develop product knowledge
- Communicate with internal parties base on the request
skills & experiences required.
- Degree to above
- 2+ years expereince in any customer service industry
- e-banking experience is a plus
- Great communication skills and willing to learn
- Good command in both speaking and writing Cantonese, Mandarin and English
