About the Company
Our client company is a listed developer which is reputed for their high end quality development projects ranging from residential and commercial. With strategic business expansion, they are now looking for clerk of works to join their team.
About the Role
As the Clerk of Works, you will be directly reporting to construction manager with the responsibilities as follows:
- Conduct site inspections and mitigate any potential problems to make sure the construction is delivered in a timely and quality manner
- Manage and supervise the contractors as well as site activities to ensure construction quality, progress and cost meets the requirements
- Attend site meetings and deliver the standards to relevant parties
- Provide technical advice and solutions to resolve challenges of the construction project
- Report site safety issues and work closely with the safety team to minimize health, environmental and safety risks
About the Requirement
- Higher diploma or above in Construction Management, Building Studies or relevant disciplines
- At least 10 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in high quality new residential building is highly preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese is a must; ability to speak and write in English is also necessary
- Possess of Grade ‘T3’ for TCP for site safety supervision
- Welcome architectural or consultant firm background
