You will join one of the world's largest privately held insurance firms, providing insurance, risk management, employee benefits and retirement services.

You will assist in managing Workers Compensation litigated claims in taking responsibility to resolve all enquiries
You will review, resolve and finalize claims within authority limits at an optimum level and are processed effectively
You will process the relevant evidence and information to accurately assess the value of the litigated claim and to recognize potential fraud/recovery indicators
You will develop a claim case strategy to ensure appropriate reserves are assigned with investigations conducted and appropriate suppliers engaged
You will conduct in-house global settlement or be able to guide team to conduct in-house global settlement
You will communicate with all stakeholders and achieve compromised settlement to conclude the case at the earliest time and avoid litigation
You will review claims with clients and work with our healthcare specialist in minimizing claims duration
You will report to claims management team on adverse trend of development of claims and for clients with adverse claims experience
You will assist Claims Manager to monitor and evaluate the performance of external loss adjuster whose services form part of claims services
You will set and monitor reserve adequately and timely and ensure the authoritative level laid down are complied with
You will supervise and coach staff on claims management

skills & experiences required

You are a Bachelor Degree Holder, preferably with ANZIIF/ACII
You have 3+ years of EC claims experience and 1+ years of supervision experience
You have medical and litigation knowledge
You understand industry standard, legislation and legal liability
You have experience managing both corporate and SMEs clients
You have good interpersonal skills and are customer-oriented
