With a long history and reputable names in Hong Kong, Greater China, and across the globe, we are currently representing a Fortune Global 500 company to invite technical background candidates to join their well-established team. With year-on-year business growth, they are looking for an additional headcount as a Civil Director to join their team.

About the role

As the Civil Director, you are based in Hong Kong and managing across region project development. Primarily you will be focusing on the early stage of the infrastructure projects including but not limited to master planning, risk assessment, technical due diligence, technical feasibility studies and to offer strategic solutions to their diversified client portfolios. You will also work closely with the team to conduct research, industries benchmarking, analysis, reports and presentations, business and case proposals, thought leadership publications, internal reports, and other materials as required.

Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in the strategic consulting field, program, risk, and project management field.
• MHKIE + 15 years of experience in related project
• Prior experiences working in consultancy or contractor environment advantageous
• Strategic, strong team leadership, and excellent stakeholder management & client interfacing skills
• Good problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Degree holder in civil/ building/ architecture/ surveying/ construction engineering or equivalent
