About the company

The client company is a leading architectural firm that is reputed for its quality building development projects, ranging from large scale residential developments, prestigious hotels, Grade A offices, institutional buildings and so forth. Many of its projects have become the landmarks in HK, PRC and APAC. The company is currently calling for an architectural project management talent to join the team as a Chief Project Architect.

About the role

As a Project Architect, you can expect your major responsibilities to be the followings:

  • You will be in charge of the project management throughout the building development period, including the contract management, progress, cost and quality of the projects for the new building development projects
  • Communicate with clients and other external parties to ensure designs are functionally and aesthetically aligned with requirements
  • Conduct presentations to deliver the concepts and details of ideas to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with teams and review relevant materials to make sure projects are delivered in a timely and quality manner
  • Conduct site visit to make sure the design is well executed to meet the standard
  • Provide guidance and supervision for subordinates and build an effective team culture


  • Degree holder in Architecture or relevant disciplines
  • Around 13-20 years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • MHKIA, RIBA or equivalent with at least 8 years of post qualification experience
  • Experience in full cycle of project management for new building development projects in HK, Macau or China
  • Hands-on and detail-minded as well as having excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, etc.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written); Proficient in Mandarin would be an advantage
