    A leading retailer are looking for a COO to cover their stores throughout Mainland China and Hong Kong. The company has 4,000+ people and this role will largely look over HR and Finance and thus a background within this area would be great.


    What does the role involve?

    • Oversee the operation and ensure smooth and highly efficient work flow.
    • Develop manpower needs and allocation plan of store. Provide services training to ensure high standard services level.
    • Logistics, Technical, etc. for development of operation framework.
    • Prepare overall sales and other operational figure (customer feedback, cost, etc.) and development insight from findings. Plan corrective and improvement actions when needed.
    • Plan, develop and monitor internal control system to ensure effective cost and wastage control, and efficient resources utilisation.
    • Develop staff activities to nurture staff positive thinking and morale.
    • Prepare costing and budgeting.

    What experience do you need?

    • Strong at retail operation management.
    • Analytic and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Experienced in cross-departmental cooperation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
    • Proficient in MS applications.
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
