- Collaborate with executive management to identify and prioritize initiatives that align with the long-term vision of the organization
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budgetary constraints
- Partner with stakeholders across the business and externally to ensure project goals are consistent with organizational objectives
- Assess potential challenges and devise risk management strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Define performance metrics and monitor progress to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Report regularly to executive leadership on project status, risks, and results while providing strategic insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, with applicable experience in the finance sector (ideally life insurance, private banking or wealth management)
- Expertise in the financial domain, with preferred knowledge in life insurance or products targeting high-net-worth segments (trusts, tax advisory, etc.)
- Strong in stakeholder management, project management and interpersonal capabilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication proficiency
- Self-driven and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
- Excellent command of English, with Cantonese and/or Mandarin in language skills
