This global leading Technology company provides the world-class technology of products. Currently they are looking for a high calibre to join as Channel Sales Manager. The main responsibility of this role is to closely work with Channel partner & Distributors to drive the sales and market share in Hong Kong. This person will report to Sales Director.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage channel partners to drive new sales opportunities
  • Identify potential clients and understand their needs; provide suitable solutions and build up the buying cycles
  • Collaborate with partners on marketing and new initiatives to generate more sales revenue
  • Develop strategic sales plan to grow the accounts; including regular performance reviews, training, visits, marketing support, data analysis etc
  • Work with presale, service team and related parties to ensure quality delivery to clients


  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 5 years in IT sales with channel management experience, preferably in IT solution selling (products, software and services)
  • Proactive, result driven and capable to develop new business
  • Strong communications skills, Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
