    • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory
    • Reporting to the VP of Sales and working closely with the business development, marketing, product development, and customer success teams to formulate and execute partner sales strategies
    • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
    • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements
    • Actively seek valuable, strategic partnerships with clear business objectives and ROI



    skills & experiences required.


    • 5+ years of prior experience of driving channel sales ideally within B2B or SaaS companies
    • Analytical capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, and forecasting
    • Demonstrated progressive experience with B2B sales
    • Channel sales/ marketing experience is a strong advantage
    • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
