We are currently seeking an experienced CFO to join a mid size property developer. As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation, financial stability, and strategic growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
• Drive accurate and timely financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, financial risk, and investment opportunities.

Requirements:
