About the Company

With over 20 years of history in Hong Kong, Greater China and SEA, our client is a well-established group with diversified business portfolios across region. With year-on-year business growth and continuous success in various businesses, they are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to oversee their well-established infrastructure & construction business.

About the Role

As the CEO and directly reporting to Group CEO and Group Board Members, you are based in Hong Kong and managing their regional infrastructure & construction business. You are in a strategic leadership position in driving & implementing strategic planning for long term sustainable business growth. You will be leading and initiating innovative business model to further expand the market shares and improve current business operation in the aim of cost effectiveness and revenue growth. You will also be leading the commercial and business development team to achieving and exceeding the performance objectives.

Leading around around 100 staffs in HK, China and SEA, you will be accountable for the human resources development, training of the key personnel and general administrative function of the company.

About the Requirement

• Over 20 years of experiences in construction/ engineering operation/ infrastructure industry, with over 10 years in general management/ operation management experiences by leading multi-business functions
• Sound experiences in managing sizable infrastructure business/ division
• Strategic, strong team leadership, and excellent client interfacing skills
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, good command in English and Mandarin
• Degree holder in engineering/ civil engineering/ business administration, MBA is definitely an advantage
