With over 20 years of history in the APAC region, our client is a well-established co-working solution business with regional offices spanning across Hong Kong, Greater China, SEA and North Asia. Prime workplace solution in strategic CBD areas are what they are proud to offer to their clients with a variety of flexible business solutions to support their business growth.
With a strategic business expansion, they are looking for a Group Chief Executive Officer, to be based out of Hong Kong or Singapore, to lead and grow their business and strategies into the next level.
About the Role
As the Group CEO and directly reporting to the Founder, you are based in Hong Kong / Singapore and responsible for leading the strategic planning and business growth strategies through optimising go-to-market strategies, adoption of cutting-edge technologies and automation, and process excellence.
Leading around around 100-200 staffs, with continuous headcounts growth in the region, you will also be accountable for the human resources development, training of the key personnel and general administrative function of the organization.

About the Requirement
Over 15 - 20 years of experiences as Senior/ Executive level
Prior industry experiences in ICT, Property, PropTech with over 10 years in general management/ operation management experiences by leading multi-business functions
Direct P&L accountability experiences with strong business acumen
Sound experiences in managing multiple regions such as Hong Kong, Greater China or regions in APAC
Strategic, strong team leadership, and excellent client interfacing skills
Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in written and spoken in English and Mandarin is a plus
Master/ Bachelor Degree holder in Business Adminstration/ Technology / Property
