- Acting as a Team Lead and ensure compliance with KYC/CDD policies and procedures
To conduct periodic review on existing accounts and to review any triggered events
Ensure existing control procedures on client onboarding are followed to mitigate potential operational risk
Provide advice to ‘makers’ to enhance quality and efficiency
Provide KYC/CDD training to branch staffs
