- Handle full set of C&B duties namely payroll and the associated processes
- Maintain high data integrity on important data such as roster, payment details, Tax records, MPF records etc.
- Prepare required reports on payroll, taxation, MPF, superannuation, etc.
- Work together with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the carrying out of a high quality of C&B service based on abundant communication
- Involve in design and development on HR System and E-platform based on business needs
- Senior officer / speaker of related language: Exposure to other APAC regions' service
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in preferably HR / Business admin related fields
- Reliable experience with MS suite, especially MS Excel
- Written and spoken English and Chinese is a must;
- Numerically sensitive, high attention and sense to details
- Either solid experience with mainstream HRIS or advance level of Excel skills, such as Pivot table, advanced Excel formulas
- Can work both as an individual contributor or a team member
