about the company.

Our client is a reputable European Bank with a regional presence in APAC, they are looking for a seasoned C&B professional to join their HR team. about the team.This role reports to the head of HR and works closely with the Asia & HR leadership teams, as well as with the head office C&B team. about the job. Compensation and Benefits
  • Coordinate and lead annual pay review and benefits review exercise
  • Responsible for collating market surveys and analyzing market data to ensure internal relativity and external competitiveness
  • Interface with finance for salary cost projections, budgeting bonus pool allocations, and deferred bonus accruals management
  • Maintain the region’s job grading, evaluation, and salary plan administration system
  • Oversee payroll processing and HR operations for Hong Kong
  • Develop and implement employees wellness initiatives
HRIS, Data Analytics & Project
  • Provide strategic insight from employee data through producing metrics, dashboards and reports, including but not limited to pay equity analysis and turnover rate benchmarking & reporting
  • Produce multiple datasets and build analysis to present insights for people decision making
  • Uphold employee data quality within the region
  • Drive HR digitalization & transformation agenda through implementation of HR systems, standardization or streamlining HR processes
HR Risk and Control
  • Act as HR Risk Champion in the region to proactively identify risks and review HR risk profile regularly and on an event-driven basis
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks & ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Align HR risk profile, where possible, for the region and act as a central point with Regional Ops Risk

skills & experiences required.

  • 8 years of relevant experience in financial industry

  • Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong number sensitivity and able to work under pressure
  • Proven analytical skills with experiences in automation, dashboard building and Workday system
  • Able to offer creative solutions and communicate effectively with people in various levels of seniority
  • Well-presented and fluent in English, preferably with an Asian language
