Our client is a well known financial institution with global presence. They are looking for a seasoned C&B professional to join their team for regional business.

about the team & the job.This position reports to the Head of C&B, focus on streamlining HR compensation and benefits
operations and actively involve in strategic HR projects and total rewards program, ensures that
compensation and benefits strategies are aligned with the business objectives and local practices.
  • Highly involved in the full spectrum of compensation and benefits strategies
  • Develop, align and administer base pay and benefits strategies, policies and programs including, salary bench-marking, market surveys, pay structure and benefits plans.
  • Perform job evaluation and career banding recommendations.
  • Manage the annual compensation planning and HR cost budgeting process across the regions, including salary increases, incentive awards and all benefits programs.
  • Conduct research, identify benchmark resources, analyze data and identify trends in the market
  • Requiring a broad understanding of compensation techniques, methods and practices and recommend business solutions.
  • Supervise junior team member.
skills & experiences required.
  • Good proficiency in using MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel e.g. pivot table, statistical formula, charts etc.
  • Experience in using HRIS/Compensation software.
  • Analytical skills to present and analysis complex data in a way appropriate to the diverse
  • audiences.
  • Able to work independently, detailed oriented and handle multiple tasks with efficient manner.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management.
  • Must maintain high level of confidentiality and be able to manage extremely sensitive data.
