About the Company

Our client is a double-digit growing European fashion brand, and is inviting a C&B Executive to join their team, covering Hong Kong and Macau.


Responsibilities


Reporting directly into the C&B Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of C&B function for both their frontline and back office staff:

  • The full spectrum includes: payroll, tax filing, benefits, MPF, termination, leave administration, etc…
  • Become an HR ambassador for the group, so that each employee understands the policies, benefits and structure of the business
  • To ensure that all HR activities are compliant with the law
  • Ad hoc C&B projects will also be assigned


Skills and Experience Requirements

  • To be an ideal candidate, you must have:
  • University degree holder in Human Resources, or related discipline
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in payroll or C&B operations, and retail exposure would be an advantage
  • Well-versed with HK and Macau Law
  • Driven, well-organised and can demonstrate a strong understanding of payroll and C&B operations
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
