    • Manage flexible benefit program and provide support on benefit renewal
    • Review and enhance benefits programs and policies to align with market practice and meet the needs of employees and management
    • Perform data analysis and modelling and management reports to facilitate management decisions
    • Advise compensation package of new hires or other internal opportunities to make the proposed package market competitive
    • Support payroll and other HR related enquiries as requires
    skills & experiences required.
    • Bachelor degree or diploma in HR management or related discipline with at least 6 years relevant experience
    • Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Manager grade
    • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel
    • Excellent communication in both verbal and written English and Chinese
    • Well versed in local employment ordinance
