Influencing strategic direction of care delivery strategy in partnership with the clinical, network senior managers across all transformational projects
Able to support the design, implementation, and execution of care delivery products and services across IM including a deep understanding of the right metrics and measurements of success for those products
Able to align care delivery strategy with total medical cost strategies of IM countries and external transformation practices
Be able to travel at short notice to be onsite for potentially significant periods of time (3 months) to deliver transformational projects in market

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or MHA strongly preferred
10 plus years in care delivery product and solution design and management, with specific experience in partnership models a plus. Negotiation experience is a plus as well
Skilled and expert in contracting skills, to include proficiency in contracting at national level, with external entities and demonstrated success in preparing contracts which involve complex reimbursement methodologies
Deep expertise in economics of various modalities of care delivery – from virtual care to physical sites of care
