Call Centre Manager (General Insurance)

Company Description

Our client, a global reputational general insurance company is seeking a high calibre to manage their call centre office and related project management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team to manage call centre operation office.
  • Handle customer complaint and expectation
  • KPI management
  • To manage call centre operational project

Requirements:

  • High diploma in insurance or other related discipline
  • About 10 years of experience in general insurance industry or call centre environment, with at least 5 year of supervisory experience
  • Comprehensive in personal lines insurance
  • IIQE 1,2
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
