Driving long and short-term buying plans based on past sales and trends, fully build out assortment by developing a comprehensive strategy for optimization
Handling the merchandising and product assortment; selection, achieve sales, GP, and inventory target of the designated brand
Makes recommendations to our partners due to changes in trend and business in order to maximize sales/margin opportunities
Responsible for the OTB, develop buying strategy, inventory level, and KPIs
Lead development of projects from range review to identify assortment opportunities
Apply the market knowledge and fashion sense to explore business opportunities by advising the promotional strategies and buying the right choice to grow the business
Regular review and tracking sales performance through creating timely and accurate sales report and analysis
Keep abreast of the industry for both online and shops, particular key market competitors, and initiate effective sale and marketing promotion to achieve sales and GP target

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder
8+ year’s prior buying experience from a specialty retailer
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to think strategically and approach challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset
Positive and passionate individual will be most successful in this and future roles
Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
Strong fashion sense, creative and transparent
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Proven leadership experience with great communication skills
