Business Strategy Lead | Energy & Infrastructure Solutions

With the vision to empower the sustainable development of Hong Kong and Mainland cities and the mission to be the trusted partner to deliver energy and infrastructure solutions for a sustainable future, the company is expanding its business portfolio in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The company is looking for a highly skilled professional to join the team as a Business Strategy Lead. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the development and implementation of business and commercial strategies for the company, with an emphasis on Building Energy Management (BEM) projects.

Work closely with the Management team to develop business strategies for existing and new businesses in Hong Kong and Mainland China, with a focus on BEM
Lead or support strategic initiatives and projects related to BEM development
Lead or support other strategic initiatives crucial to the short-term and long-term development of the business, including energy infrastructure
Explore new business opportunities for the business beyond current scope
Leverage business partnerships and stakeholder relationships to identify potential opportunities in Hong Kong
Support staff development to ensure they have the skills and capabilities necessary to implement business strategies effectively for future business growth

skills & experiences required.

Recognized university degree in associated fields; post-graduate degree preferred
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is a plus
10+ years of experience in strategy, sales, commercial and business development in building services, building energy management, smart energy in Hong Kong
Strong credentials in building services, building energy management, or associated areas
Extensive project management experience in leading teams to implement various sales and commercial strategies
Able to understand the market, customers, and competitors to formulate strategies that sustain business growth, identify new niche markets, minimize commercial risks, and develop new business opportunities
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering convincing presentations and communicating with clients
