job description

about the company

  • Our client is a well-established international Corporate and Investment Bank.

about the team
  • The team is international and expanding.

about the job
  • You will be responsible for performing operational risk and control of the Corporate & Investment Banking businesses to ensure adequate controls are in place in the First Line of Defense
  • You will perform Risk and Controls Self-assessment (RCSA); formulate and review Business Continuity Plans (BCP) including process review, control gap analysis and process remapping
  • You will identify Risk Profiling and Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
  • You will liaise with Operational Risk Team and Compliance Team on matters regarding Risk Management and Regulatory Reporting

skills & experiences required

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Risk Management or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years’ experience in business risk / enterprise risk / operational risk management framework
  • Familiar with control testing, Operational Risk Management Framework & Monitoring and Business Continuity Plan
  • Understanding of Regulatory and Supervisory Framework (e.g. AML/CFT) is a plus
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarine)
