As a business process specialist/ business analyst, you are responsible to
- analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities and assist with sales forecasting
- collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and service, to gather requirements and provide analytical insights
- utilize Salesforce and business intelligence tools to extract and analyze data for actionable insights
- provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on market trends, sales performance, and recommendations
- support the development and execution of sales strategies and plans by providing data-driven recommendations
- conduct research and competitive analysis to identify industry best practices and market opportunities
- act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and service teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment
- stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the surgical field
skills & experiences required.
- bachelor's degree in science, business, marketing, or a related discipline
- strong business acumen and a results-oriented, sales-driven mindset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams
- proficiency in Salesforce and business intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting
- strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- prior experience in a business analyst role or similar capacity is preferred
- familiarity with the medical device industry, particularly in the surgical field, is a plus
