About the team:

Newly created headcount, the position will be working under the Head of Capital Market with 5 RMs under the division. The division will be handling trade finance and cash management related products and looking for someone who can work individually, strong with analytics and great understanding of front office to handle performance analysis and KPI setting etc.

Job Descriptions:

Support strategic growth plans under the Corporate Banking and Capital Market Division
Perform financial analysis, performance and KPI review, conduct forecast and budget projections
Design and execute projects to meet the objectives under RCEP regime
Conduct regular review & analysis on sales performance in order to provide advice or suggestion for the sales team to improve as well as to achieve the targets
Liaise with product managers to come up with suitable training materials and to make enhancement with feedback from sales team
Provide regular training to frontline staff on compliance & policies from HQ guidance
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Department or Top Management

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Professional Accountancy, Finance & Accounting or any related disciplines
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant working experience with a sizeable bank, ideally candidates with Chinese Bank background with regional exposure
Knowledge in projects on APAC, RCEP or experience in transaction / corporate banking will be a PLUS
Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin + Cantonese)
Individual contributor, proactive, attention to details, able to work under pressure with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with non finance professionals
Less experience would also be considered for an Assistant Manager title
