With a focus on expanding its presence in the South China/Greater Bay Area market, the company is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to enhance its network within the region. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and market penetration within the South China/Greater Bay Area.

- Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base of elite tourists in the Greater Bay Area by establishing partnerships with Mainland financial institutions, high-end business associations, and auction houses
- Utilize your extensive professional network and collaborate with trusted third parties who can refer high-net-worth Mandarin-speaking customers to the company
- Conduct research to identify and cultivate new lists of potential clients, including high-end tourist agencies, golf clubs/private elite clubs, business associations, and private wealth management professionals, among others
- Arrange business meetings and showcase the exclusive venues of the VVIP / HNWI Segment to prospective clients, creating new sales opportunities
- Organize events at the high-end venues of the VVIP / HNWI Segment providing elite customers with a social entertainment experience
- Identify and establish long-term relationships with prospects, new customers, and existing clients to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Develop and monitor the business plan and performance of events, ensuring adherence to agreed criteria and targets
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure successful implementation, providing efficient administrative support to deliver initiatives
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development and serving key corporate (B2B) customers
- Proven track record in targeting affluent customers, corporations, and elite clubs in (South) China / Greater Bay Area / Pearl River Delta
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to network effectively with relevant corporations, business associations, and partners
- Knowledge of the middle-class or affluent customer segment in China and understanding of their behaviors
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficient command of Putonghua (Mandarin)
