About the company

My client is a premium brand in Hong Kong and they have developed a prestigous club to promote the sports wellness in the community. Currently hey are looking for Business Development Manager to develop the partnership with corporates and promote the benefits to individuals.


Roles & Responsibility

  • Assist in planning, implementing and executing sales plans
  • Engage with high network accounts through strategic sales approach
  • Manage and maintain strategic synergy with corporate partners at the executive levels and across organizations
  • Identify opportunity for corporate sales campaigns, products and distribution channels by implementing professional sales management practice and monitoring the process
  • Prepare sales activity reports and business plans on a regular basis



Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 years’ experience in client development or consultative sales role from relevant industries, preferrable with hospitality background
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Experience in establishing working relationships with senior executives and other leaders of organizations
  • Experiences in dealing with high network profiles client
  • Excellent listening skills, interpersonal skill, Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
