    Our client is a regional tech company that specialises in Marketing Automation, CRM, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce solutions. They are expanding their APAC operations and looking for a sales hunter to join as a "Business Development Manager" at the Hong Kong office.

    • Manage the whole sales process from prospecting to closing deals
    • Use different and creative prospecting sources including web, social media, business publications and so forth to find prospects
    • Identify new business opportunities and proactively search new within named customer organisations (new units, new subsidiaries, etc.)
    • Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
    • Build a sustainable pipeline month by month and ensure that the targets are met and exceeded


    skills & experiences required.


    • Previous B2B solution sales experience and a proven track record of working as Sales/Business Development is a plus
    • Mature, proactive, committed, self-motivated and cheerful, as well as be a natural team player
    • Fluent in Cantonese and English (written and spoken)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for new technologies and appreciates challenges
