About our client

Our client, headquartered in the UK, has a diversified portfolio of products, and they provide luxury services to top-tier clients globally.

They are looking for a Business Development Manager, based in Hong Kong, (for D2C/B2C) to expand their database of high net-worth clients in Hong Kong and APAC.

You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing professional consultation services to educate clients or answer to their inquiries, monitoring the process from client acquisition, application to order processing, following up with payment, etc.

Job Descriptions

  • Identify potential business opportunities through own network, partnerships with professional organizations generated leads, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with clients by providing professional services that are up to standards
  • Explore new partnership / collaboration opportunities by liaising with Marketing and approaching leads generated from campaigns
  • Handle customers inquiries, prepare appropriate quotations and provide professional advice to customers, maintain good relationship and follow up closely to close the deals
  • Expand market share and achieve sales targets set by HQ and Regional Head


  • Degree holder; preferably in business related subjects
  • A minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Business Development, preferably with an existing network of high net-worth clients (B2C/D2C)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications in in English, Cantonese and Putonghua/Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, positive, team-player with a can-do attitude, sales-driven, result-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Confident meeting with clients, tactful sales skills, and good with numbers
  • Knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; fast learner of relevant apps
