Develop strategic online marketing campaigns and present customized solutions to clients.Recommend digital advertising products and social media marketing services to meet their specific needs.
Demonstrate a strong sales drive and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing a portfolio of existing and potential accounts.-Comprehend client's marketing requirements and prepare compelling sales pitch materials and proposals. Engage in cold and warm calls, conduct in-person meetings, and network to identify potential business accounts. Successfully navigate the entire sales cycle.
Establish and maintain strong rapport with clients, media planners, and media agencies by serving as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to analyze, develop, and connect business opportunities. Foster a cohesive approach to review and enhance strategies.
skills & experiences required.
Preferred candidates should possess a university degree, preferably in business, social science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of solid experience in B2B sales
Strong network with media agencies is highly preferred
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, driven by sales achievements, and have a strong desire to exceed individual targets
Self-motivated with the capability to perform well under pressure
A sociable personality with a positive attitude towards new challenges is preferred
A team player who is able to maintain excellent working relationships with clients and internal departments
Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese
Problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to interpret sales performance and develop a robust sales pipeline.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Experienced candidate would be considered as senior role
