job description

about the company.

We are currently working with a reputable international law firm to look for a Business Development and Marketing Executive to be a part of their team. This position is a generalist role as they encourage creativity, development and growth. about the job.
  • Draft proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Create, update and distribute marketing collaterals such as brochures, advertisements, newsletters, social media items and other marketing collateral for relevant practice areas
  • Manage the production of pitches and other credential documents and presentations
  • Maintain pitch log and follow up on the results of pitching
  • Drafting news for Asia and Global Intranet
  • Manage the directories and awards submission process and research interviews and take responsibility for the quality of their submission

skills & experiences required.
  • At least 3-4+ years of working experience in sales and marketing/ business development/ communications in legal or professional services industry
  • Fluency in Chinese and English, Mandarin would be plus
  • Supportive and comitted team player
  • Innovative and open to new ideas with the ability to challenge where necessary
