- Convert leads to happy customers through good communication, continuous follow-ups with a positive and helpful attitude
- Improve and optimize the prospecting and closing process with the team
- Participate in regular offline events i.e. seminars and workshops to demonstrate our product to potential merchants
- Follow up on renewal, trial and new users on their customer journey
- Reach out potential merchants through outbound messages and calls
- Work with consulting team to meet HK monthly sales target
skills & experiences required.
- 2-4 years relevant experience preferably in E-commerce/Sales field
