about the company.

We are currently working with a multinational law firm to look for a Marketing Assistant to be a part of their Business Development and Marketing team. You will be working collaboratively with experienced Managers and Director to implement business development/marketing initiatives relevant to the Hong Kong partnership.about the job.
  • Develop and implement Hong Kong marketing and business development plans
  • Support the preparation of capability statements and tenders including managing the preparation of CVs of lawyers, liasing with partners and other team members
  • Assisting to develop and maintaining business development protocols, databases and systems
  • Assist with client and market research and analysis, including media monitoring
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to client relations (e.g. data entry, presentation preparation)
  • Preparation of material on the firm's website, intranet and associated sites
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Law or related fields
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience in a professional services or legal background
  • Fluency in English with Native Mandarin is a must
  • Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and ENglish as you will be drafting capability statements and related marketing collaterals
  • The ability to work autonomously while being a team player
