job description

about the company.

We have partnered with an international law firm to look for a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to be a part of their small international team. about the job.
  • Data management: pitch tracking & maintence, deals tracking/ collection forms, client meeting tracking, client information tracking and director rankings tracking
  • Data base management/ CRM management
  • Directories & Awards: assist with awards and directory submissions (data analysis and deals write ups) and track awards won/ directory rankings and prepare badges
  • Client/ Market Research: Monitor client alerts and prepare business development newsletters, assist with drafting and updating Client Snapshots, market research regarding to PE/ M&A/ B&F industries and competitor analysis
  • Other adhoc related work

skills & experiences required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in business development/ research/ data analysis/ management or related role
  • Strong writing skills; high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in English
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to priorities
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Mandarin skills would be an advantage but not a must
