- You will have to ensure adherence to the regional risk management frameworks / policies through effective process for a strong business continuity and incident management regime
- You will be coordinating and owning the Business Continuity Incident Management Committee and participating in few other forums to appropriately discharge business continuity responsibilities
- You will be in support for the Chief Risk Officer and Operational Risk team with producing a single view of the business continuity management and incident management, including associated monitoring and reporting
- You are responsible in promoting an outstanding risk culture, develop Risk Coordinator capabilities and optimise processes across the department
- You are required to critically review business proposals, vendors, projects, strategies and key risk areas
- You will have to develop and maintain supervising arrangements to ensure achievement of reporting and escalation requirements
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor / Master’s Degree in business continuity or any other related discipline
- In depth knowledge and understanding to business continuity management is compulsory
- Minimum of 5+ years of prior experience in business continuity, preferably in insurance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation and facilitation capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to get along with and influence senior executives
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English crucial
- Meticulous with a strong risk management mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
