You will have to ensure adherence to the regional risk management frameworks / policies through effective process for a strong business continuity and incident management regime
You will be coordinating and owning the Business Continuity Incident Management Committee and participating in few other forums to appropriately discharge business continuity responsibilities
You will be in support for the Chief Risk Officer and Operational Risk team with producing a single view of the business continuity management and incident management, including associated monitoring and reporting
You are responsible in promoting an outstanding risk culture, develop Risk Coordinator capabilities and optimise processes across the department
You are required to critically review business proposals, vendors, projects, strategies and key risk areas
You will have to develop and maintain supervising arrangements to ensure achievement of reporting and escalation requirements

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor / Master’s Degree in business continuity or any other related discipline
In depth knowledge and understanding to business continuity management is compulsory
Minimum of 5+ years of prior experience in business continuity, preferably in insurance
Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation and facilitation capabilities
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to get along with and influence senior executives
Proven negotiation and influencing skills
Proficiency in Cantonese and English crucial
Meticulous with a strong risk management mindset
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
