Our client is one of the world's largest financial institutions with prestigious reputation across the globe. Their Group Business Audit Department is now hiring an Associate/ AVP to safeguard an independent and effective assurance for multiple lines of business in Hong Kong.

• Participate in audit assignments including global markets, fixed income, equities, derivatives, product development, risk, compliance, operations, ESG, regulatory audit etc.
• Lead and in-charge of various audit assignments according to the Group's methodology and standards
• Participate in audit planning, investigations, audit reporting and presentations for Audit Committee
• Perform continuous risk monitoring to identify high-risk areas
• Provide effective analysis to the Business, recommend new policies and mitigation plans
• Engage with the Audit Committee and Head of Businesses on development of risk & control policies

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related discipline
• 3-6 years audit experience from investment bank/ securities/ asset management/ FinTech with minimum 1 year in-house
• Knowledge in equities/ derivative products will be definite advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills to collaborate with senior stakeholders
• Ability to identify key issues with a strong risk & control mind-set
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
