    You will join one of the world's largest privately held insurance brokerage firms, providing insurance, risk management, employee benefits and retirement services.

    • Work on assigned new life product implementation on time and within budget
    • Prepare delivery documentations (Meeting minutes, Business Requirement Documents, UAT plan & sign off documents, User Manuals etc)
    • Provide business analysis and UAT services in assigned deliveries and initiatives
    • Follow project management best practices to ensure deliveries and initiatives are managed professionally
    • Prepare delivery progress updates or other statistic reports for management reporting

    skills and requirements required.

    • Degree holder with around 2 years relevant experience in life insurance operation functions
    • Solid knowledge of life insurance products and operations
    • Participated in the delivery of sizable or regulatory projects
    • Self-motivated, proactive and responsible
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Able to deliver changes and build effective relationships with other departments
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
