You will be a key player of supporting the company's Global Market Data Services

about the job.

You will coordinate reviews of cost transparency of market data services with senior management regularly
Requires Vendor Management where you will handle new/existing vendor request, internal approval process, assigned, business units, Market Data Services project and renewal/requests for services
Gathering Vendor's request requirements both end-users and business to comply with contract stipulations and managing vendor's data internal and external usage
You will provide assistance on business units sourcing market data and providing contract and cost information to the market data admin team to be uploaded into the FITS inventory
Conform and upload Asia Pac market Data Invoices for processing and will provide local language support to have a precise contract review and execution

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 3 years of IT working experience
Well experience working in the Financial Services Company
Able to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders
Well detailed person and able to multitask at the same time
Hands-on experience using MS Office such as Excel
