- You will work on assigned new life products Day 1 and Day 2 implementation on time and within budget.
- You will prepare delivery documentations.
- You will provide business analysis and UAT services in assigned deliveries and initiatives.
- You will ensure assigned New Business and Underwriting solutions or Life Operations and Agency administration related projects are completed timely and within budget.
- You will review, identify and propose ways to Manager aiming at closing any gaps arisen due to changes in business needs and/or regulatory guidelines.
- You will follow project management best practices to ensure deliveries and initiatives are managed professionally, well-conceived and aligned with company directions.
- You will participate in vendor selection, maintenance and review their service quality & monitor performance according to SLA.
- You will work closely with other teams or departments on project implementations and system enhancements to meet delivery deadlines.
- You will prepare delivery progress updates or other statistical reports for management reporting.
skills & experiences required
- You are a Degree Holder or above
- You have 3+ years of experience in relevant life insurance operations functions
- You have strong knowledge in life products and life new business and underwriting operations
- You are able to deliver changes and build effective relationships with other internal stakeholders
