This mid sized european Insurance Firm is seeking an experienced process efficiency Business Analyst to support on a number of customer experience projects. This position offers interesting job scope, career advancement opportunities, and an excellent work life balance. Responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

about the team.
  • This 5 person team handles all Business Analyst activitites across all business lines (IT, Dig, Ops, Sales, CX, etc.)
  • Managed by a BA Manager who comes from a strong Life Insurance background
  • Plans to grow this team in 2018 as the company expands its capability in Hong Kong
about the job.
  • Develop and improve business processes, facilitating standardizations to drive successful end-to-end commercial transaction operations
  • Participate in compliance activities including program coordination & quality assurance
  • Processes design, align and write up
  • Business report and data integrity check, problem cause identification and resolution
  • Business information collection, taxonomy setup, contents organization and maintenance.
skills & experiences required.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a business environment
  • Experience in dealing with Vendors and external service providers
  • Insurance Industry and Insurance Product knowledge
  • Fundamental understanding of all aspects of the systems/software development lifecycle
  • Strong financial analysis / business analysis skills
