My client is a local insurer with strong presence, growing significantly in the recent years
about the team.
The project team size is around 40 people with regional teams
about the job.
- you would collaborate with stakeholders, including operations teams, claims processors, and IT professionals, to understand their needs and gather requirements for improving operations / claims processes
- analyze the current operations / claims processes, identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and propose solutions to streamline and optimize these processes
- identifying gaps, evaluating system capabilities, and proposing enhancements or new systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data management.
- documenting process flows, business rules, data requirements, and system integration needs.
- work closely with testing team to define test scenarios and UAT
- conduct post-implementation reviews, support change management initiatives
skills & experiences required.
- minimum 8 years as Business Analyst, preferably in insurance industry
- strong business analysis skills including stakeholder management and requirement elicitation
- familiar with functional knowledge of Employee Benefits’ operations / claims landscape
- fluent in English and Cantonese is an advantage
- ability to work independently and in multinational teams
- experience in working with regional teams remotely is an advantage
